Terms and Conditions


DELIVERY AND SHIPPING - NEW ZEALAND AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We aim to have all orders ready within two working days of your payment clearing. 

We offer complimentary New Zealand shipping on all full-priced orders over $100. For orders less than $100, we offer New Zealand wide shipping (including rural) of $5.00.

Our International shipping is $7.50 for standard post to Australia and $12.50 for all other International orders. Please note items sent internationally are not insured and not tracked. If you require your parcel to be tracked, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is by debit/credit card with PayPal or online banking into our ASB bank account. 

If you select payment by bank deposit, you will receive details of our bank account during the checkout process. Please note that payment by online banking may take up to two days to show up in our account as cleared funds.

Please note that manual deposits at our Bank are not available. If you have no other means of payment, then an additional fee of $3.00 will be added to your order. This is the bank charge we are charged for manual deposits to our account.  

You will receive email confirmation of your order and an email receipt once your payment has cleared.

CARING FOR YOUR BELLISSIMA LIVING LOCKET

To ensure the longevity of your beautiful Bellissima Living Locket, please ensure you follow these care guidelines -

  • Like with any precious jewellery item, please remove your Bellissima Living Locket before entering the water. It is splash resistant, however will not like being submerged in water.
  • Take care not to drop or bang it against hard surfaces, as this may cause the glass facings to crack or break.
  • It is important you do not overfill your Bellissima Living Locket - if your Living Locket does not close easily, then you have likely overfilled it. Please do not try and force it shut as this may damage the glass facings.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED PROMISE

We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery.

Our Living Lockets are delicate and as such, it is important that you follow the care guidelines stated with every Living Locket on our website. Having said that, our jewellery is designed to last you a long time with the proper care and consideration. 

If you are not happy with the quality of your jewellery, you may return it in new and unworn condition for a full refund under our Satisfaction Guaranteed promise. Please make contact with us within three days of you receiving your jewellery if you wish to return it pursuant to our Satisfaction Guaranteed promise.

When making a claim pursuant to our Satisfaction Guaranteed promise, we may request you to email us a photo in order for us to best assess how to proceed with you claim.

Our Satisfaction Guaranteed promise does not extend to situations where you have merely changed your mind - unfortunately, we cannot exchange jewellery if you have just changed your mind so please choose carefully.

All refunds made pursuant to our Satisfaction Guaranteed promise will be in the manner in which you paid - either by direct transfer to your bank account or refund to your PayPal account.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT

We are familiar with and aware of our obligations under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act. You will find that in most cases, we will go beyond what is required of us under this legislation.
